Among the many gems of the Murlo Estate, Villa Penna can be considered the crown jewel. Located in perfect isolation, it offers ultimate privacy at the height of luxury. Following extensive renovations in 2019, Villa Penna perfectly pairs the traditional features of an historic farmhouse - original stone and wooden beamed ceilings - with modern furnishings and exquisite interior design. With an array of outdoor living spaces, heated infinity pool and far-reaching views of the picturesque Umbrian valley, Villa Penna truly is the ultimate luxurious escape. The villa is comprised of a main house, an annex and a pool cottage. Inside the main house, a majestic arched window allows light to flood the spacious living room, which boasts plush seating and a beautiful stone fireplace. The exquisite country-style kitchen makes cooking a real pleasure. The 4 bedrooms and marble ensuite bathrooms have been elegantly and lovingly refurbished with great attention to detail and textures, reflecting the owner’s passion for vibrant and unique interiors. From the lovely pool house facing the big infinity pool, guests can cocoon themselves in the enthralling views of the Umbrian countryside.
This four-bedroom, 14th century property is named after Saint Sabinus, Bishop of Spoleto, to whom the little church on the estate, now deconsecrated, was once dedicated. This used to be one of the most important churches of Murlo where the farmers would congregate for Sunday Holy Mass until the late 1970s. One of the most ancient properties on the estate, its terracotta tile floors and original kitchen, along with its imposing stone walls, give a sense of the building’s history as the most important social meeting point of the estate. Set within the villa’s spacious garden, the stunning terrace, decked in wood, provides a peaceful haven with uninterrupted views across the estate.
Torre is a stunning villa rebuilt on the ruins of the medieval defensive tower of the Murlo Estate. The tower was originally constructed in a strategic position on the top of a hill overlooking the valley of Monte Tezio and of the castle of Murlo. The villa enjoys a superb position with views across the immaculate countryside, its secular olive trees and green valleys. Torre boasts three bedrooms, each individually decorated in warm colours with linens made from the finest soft cottons and features an elegant living room with a cosy fireplace. The feeling within is that of staying in the home of a special Italian friend.

Subtilia accommodates up to18 guests in total, with 12 guests in the main villa, 4 guests in the Olivo apartment and 2 guests in the Tiglio Cottage beside the pool.
