Paragon 700 is an adults-only boutique hotel located in Palazzo Rosso, an 18th-century manor in Ostuni, Puglia, Italy. The hotel features 11 luxurious rooms and suites that are individually designed by Pascale Lauber, who oversaw the complete restoration of the old palace’s interior. The rooms strike a perfect balance between the palace’s architectural features, impressive vaulted ceilings, rich and deep wall and object colors, pure volumes that evoke the history of a bygone era, in stunning symbiosis with the eclectic mix of furnishings, furniture, and art pieces sourced from flea markets in the region and exhibitions from around the world. The hotel offers four categories of rooms to meet the wishes and expectations of all guests, from solo travelers to couples seeking a romantic getaway or special vacations.
The hotel features a grassy walled garden with a sunken swimming pool, orangery, and shady colonnades and pergolas for al fresco dining. It also has a small, private-use spa hewn from an underground water cistern featuring a hydromassage tub, steam bath, chromotherapy shower, and a relaxation area clad in Himalayan salt walls. Additionally, the hotel has a gourmet restaurant that offers a gastronomic experience for the senses.
The hotel sits in quiet walled gardens at the top of the historic center of Ostuni, a short stroll from the labyrinthine medieval citadel. The location allows guests to explore Puglia’s east coast, or head inland to the beautiful Itria Valley. The nearest international airports are Brindisi (24 miles south) and Bari (62 miles north), from where ferries leave for various Mediterranean destinations.

For an even more unique and memorable experience, choose our Onyx Black Suite, the largest Superior suite located on the ground floor. With a separate private street entrance from the sitting room, this suite offers a secluded and tranquil atmosphere for relaxation. The stunning 6m high moresque vaulted ceiling, Arabian stucco work, and warm soft lighting add an element of exoticism and luxury. The open-plan bathroom offers a choice between a shower or a large sunken rectangular bath for two, all with brass fittings. The exceptionally comfortable King size bed can also be made into twin beds upon request.

Paragon 700 is located in a peaceful residential area to the north of the White City, Ostuni. It is conveniently situated within walking distance of historical hilltop sights and fascinating museums. The closest airport to the hotel is Brindisi Airport, which is a 30-minute drive away. Alternatively, Bari Karol Wojtyła Airport, which is an hour's drive away, is another option. Private transfers from both Brindisi and Bari can be arranged by the hotel. It is possible to travel to Ostuni using Trenitalia services, but routes from major cities can be complicated and lengthy. The hotel is a 10-minute drive from the Ostuni railway station, so you will need to take the shuttle or arrange a transfer with the hotel. A car is necessary for exploring the countryside and heading out to the coast, and visiting must-see day-trip spots all the way down to the tip of the heel. You can rent a car at either Bari or Brindisi airports, and Siana guests receive free parking at the hotel. There are plenty of things to do in the surrounding area, including visiting the stunning coastline, the sun-drenched Salento peninsula, the olive groves, and the towns and villages with perfectly preserved monuments that are steeped in history.
