Paragon 700 is an adults-only boutique hotel located in Palazzo Rosso, an 18th-century manor in Ostuni, Puglia, Italy. The hotel features 11 luxurious rooms and suites that are individually designed by Pascale Lauber, who oversaw the complete restoration of the old palace’s interior. The rooms strike a perfect balance between the palace’s architectural features, impressive vaulted ceilings, rich and deep wall and object colors, pure volumes that evoke the history of a bygone era, in stunning symbiosis with the eclectic mix of furnishings, furniture, and art pieces sourced from flea markets in the region and exhibitions from around the world.
