Framed by two oceans and five countries (while completely surrounding the sixth) South Africa is an enormous and stunningly diverse country, with a rich and historic landscape ranging from mountain peaks to deserts and savannahs and temperate vineyards.
Revel in this picturesque melting pot of vibrant and diverse cultures, or marvel at the intrigue of the world-renowned, majestic Table Mountain standing like a fortress overlooking the dynamic city that is Cape Town. Along with its buzzing galleries, museums, and luxurious hotels (Ellerman House, Future Found Sanctuary, Labotessa, Cape Grace), Cape Town is also known as the foodie capital of the world. You can savour splendid cuisine and the finest wines at celebrated restaurants (La Colombe, FYN) while soaking in the vibrant neighbourhoods. To top it off, you can set off on scenic drives and watch spectacular sunsets beyond lofty mountains.
Exchange trendy urban landscapes for the charming villages and sprawling estates of Cape Winelands destinations such as Franschhoek. It is the food and wine capital of the country, and arguably among the most beautiful wine valleys in the world. The vineyards here serve up memorable wine tastings in postcard-perfect iconic hotels (Leeu Estates, Babalonstoren, Delaire Graff Estate).
Wandering the craggy outcrops of quaint Hermanus, you may witness migrating humpback whales at their mesmerising acrobatics, blowing, breaching and lobtailing as they go in search of warmer waters. Or you may drive along the Garden Route that winds between soaring mountain peaks, skirting dense forests and crystal-clear lakes.
You would be hard-pressed to find a place that provides a better change of pace and scenery than the iconic Kruger National Park or the exquisite Sabi Sands Game Reserve. Check into some of the finest luxury lodges on the planet (Cheetah Plains, Londolozi, Singita Boulders), and venture forth to admire Africa’s Big Five—a thrilling leopard sighting will make your day.

EnquireSiana created the safari of my dreams! I initially emailed a few companies to get multiple opinions, but I knew my search was over after my first response. They truly want to make the experience tailored and perfect for you. They were in contact with me at all times, provided updates for the months and weeks leading up to my safari, and were always available to answer any questions I had. I was hooked after my first safari and will 1000% book with them for my next one.
Graham Hershman, Sabi Sands
A great experience booking through Siana! Very easy to work with. Planning and customer service were great. The trip was absolutely amazing from our greeting at the airport by a Siana staff member to our private charters into game reserves everything was well-planned and organized.
Gavin Goodwin, South Africa
Our trip to Kenya was tailored perfectly to us. Everyone we worked with at Siana was extremely responsive and knowledgeable and handled every detail. When a slight planning glitch came to light, the Siana team worked quickly to fix the misunderstanding. It was a remarkable trip in every way that my two teen girls and I will remember for a lifetime. Couldn't recommend Siana highly enough.

The safari capital of Africa offers rapid access to the game-rich wilderness which surrounds it. Animal lovers can reach Nairobi National Park within ten minutes, whilst within the city itself lie the Karen Blixen Museum, Daphne Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage and the Giraffe Centre, a breeding centre for the Rothschild giraffe. An ideal stopover en route to one of Kenya's many wildlife reserves or the coast.
One of Africa's best known reserves is home to a breathtaking array of wildlife which roams its open grassland plains, woodlands and riverine forests. A year- round safari destination, offering sightings of large prides of lions, elephants, buffalos, crocodiles, hippos, and over 450 species of birds. The Mara lies within the territory of the Maasai, who help administer the park and protect it from poachers.
With the brooding backdrop of snow- capped Mount Kilimanjaro, Amboseli National Park provides some of Kenya's most idyllic photographic opportunities. A variety of habitats and an open landscape ensure sightings of many species and unrivalled opportunity to observe the social behaviour of elephants - the park being home to large concentrations of these magnificent animals.
Set against the immense backdrop of Mount Kenya, Laikipia is one of the most important and biologically diverse wildlife refuges in East Africa. Second only to the Masai Mara in terms of wildlife density, and home to many endangered species, including the black rhino.
Samburu National Reserve is situated on the northern safari circuit of Kenya, and is less visited due to its remote location in the north of Laikipia. However, visitors are rewarded by untouched wilderness, great wildlife densities and a safari experience away from some of Kenya's busier parks.
Kenya's coastline is blessed with 300 miles of white beaches lapped by the Indian Ocean and protected by coral reefs. With its shimmering turquoise waters and tropical fish, white-sand beaches and pristine coral reefs, the Kenyan coast is about as close to a tropical paradise as it gets.
South Africa will take your breath away—all the way from the Table Mountain to the Garden Route to the Kruger National Park. Luxurious city hotels (Ellerman House, 12 Apostles, One&Only, Cape Grace, Labotessa) and safari lodges (Cheetah Plains, Londolozi, Singita, Sabi Sabi) will welcome and spoil you with unmatched comfort and cuisine. And if you love wine, you need look no further than Franschhoek (Leeu Estates, La Residence, Ludus Magnus) and Stellenbosch (Babylonstoren and Delaire Graff) which offer some of the finest wines in the world today.
